We utilized low coherence interferometry (LCI), a non-scanning method of optical coherence tomography (OCT), to quantitatively assess mobility of the tympanic membrane for pediatric subjects with otitis media (middle ear infection), and to correlate measured mobility with tympanometry. The quantitative metrics (compliance and amplitude ratio) were computed from LCI to represent pneumatic mobility of the tympanic membrane and middle ear pressure, respectively. This datafile contains a summary of the data taken from our pneumatic LCI otoscope and standard tympanometry.
