using cumulative CDV (counterpart to the experiment in
Fig.~\ref{fig:Exp_CDV1}), demonstrating the ability to more clearly
visualize the evolution of thermal coagulation process in porcine
esophagus \emph{ex vivo}. A growing region with increased
cumulative CDV (red/purple) was observed in the epithelium and
eventually reaching slightly into the muscularis mucosa.
