Video of the functioning of the iris. The size of the iris is controlled by filling and emptying the microfluidic using water mixed with an infrared dye (NIR880D, QCR Solutions Corp, USA). We see the iris variation between 0 mm and 6 mm. When the iris is empty the transmission is 90% while when it is closed the transmission is 17%.
