We have included 8 Zemax files, 4 of which are for parabolic-mirror-based imaging designs, the other 4 of which are the analogous designs for ellipsoidal-mirror-based imaging designs. The Parabolic_all_configs.zar and Ellipsoidal_all_configs.zar files each contain 3 configurations corresponding to different optical components for correcting for flat-sample-induced spherical aberration: 1) water-filled optical dome, 2) water-filled cylindrical petri dish + toroidal lens, and 3) no correction (in air). Because the toroidal lens configurations require non-sequential optical components, for your convenience, we have also separated all 3 configurations into individual files, named accordingly.
